SAVE MEMBER FUNDS! – SUBMIT OR RENEW YOUR THREE-YEAR PROXY FORM
March 26, 2021
Each year the Association must hold a Membership Meeting to conduct certain business, including the election of Board members. The Bylaws require that a minimum number of homeowners, called a quorum, be present to conduct the meeting. Quorum is at least 50% of our 636 owners, or a minimum of 318 owners.
Homeowners are responsible to pay for each attempted meeting. Multiple attempts to achieve a quorum are expensive, entailing copying and mailing additional election materials and having our General Manager, legal counsel and the Inspector of Elections attend each attempted meeting.
Homeowners can ensure we incur no extra costs by maintaining sufficient Three-Year Proxy Forms on file to ensure quorum is met at each Annual Meeting. The Forms are valid for the Annual Meetings for the three upcoming years and are only used to establish quorum: filing homeowners retain the right to vote at all elections.
Please click below for the Form: it is machine-fillable and can be returned by email, drop-off at the office, fax or regular mail.
Thank you for this contribution to the operation of the Association!
