Village Park’s management team consists of Directors of the Board, Committee Members, and onsite Staff from Keystone. The Village Park Community Association is guided by a Board of Directors consisting of seven community volunteers, chosen by member vote, each serving a two-year term. Beyond the Board, the association is enriched by the efforts of additional volunteers who serve on both standing and ad-hoc committees. The engagement of our members, through their vigilant observations, detailed reports, constructive feedback, and active participation, is vital to our success. For its day-to-day operations, the VPCA employs Keystone, a dedicated management company with onsite Staff that partners with a range of external service providers to ensure comprehensive maintenance, financial, and professional services are delivered effectively.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors convenes on the fourth Thursday of every month, with the exception of November and December when meetings occur on the third Thursday. The General Session commences at 7:00 p.m., beginning with the Homeowner Forum, where residents are invited to share their input. While residents may attend and observe the General Session, only Board members hold voting privileges on agenda matters. Should you require further information or wish to reach out to the Board, please direct your inquiries to Staff at the onsite management office.
